Sports Day

One of the highlights of the school year is the annual Sports Day. This year the event was held on Friday 19th July which happened to be one of the warmest days of the summer so far. Students competed in their respective form groups in track races and field activities including javelin, long jump, and shot put as well as alternate activities such as football, boccia and vortex. The day also included the more traditional much-loved classics; sack race, three-legged race and the egg and spoon race.  There were eight school records broken this year, some of which have stood since the 1980s! Congratulations to all competitors.
