Design and Technology Visit to The Natural History Museum

At the end of January a group of Year 10 and 11 students studying GCSE textiles and 3D Design visited Oxford University's Museum of Natural History to get inspiration for their coursework designs. Natural forms have always been an excellent starting point for artists and designers and students studied the shapes, forms, textures and colours of exhibits. 

The students took photographs and sketched details from which they will develop their own ideas in school.
