Ofsted Inspection

I am delighted to be able to share the outcome of our latest Ofsted Inspection with you. The ungraded (section 8) inspection of The Marlborough School took place in the penultimate week of the school year, on the 11th and 12th July 2023. The overall grade of ‘good’ could not be changed, but the findings of the Inspection Team led to the following outcome: The Marlborough Church of England School continues to be a good school. There is enough evidence of improved performance to suggest that the school could be judged outstanding if we were to carry out a graded (section 5) inspection now.
