A Level success at The Marlborough School 2026

We are delighted to announce another year of impressive A Level results at The

Marlborough School. Our results have remained really strong, confirming our Sixth

Form as one of the highest achieving in the country. Once again, the vast majority of

our students have secured their first choice University place or other high-quality

destination.

We are so proud of them and all they have achieved. Their resilience, perseverance

and positivity are amazing, and they deserve to enjoy their success today and in the

future. All of the success enjoyed by our students has been down to their hard work,

determination and dedication, ably supported and guided by our brilliant teachers.

We must also thank parents and families who do so much to support their children

and the school – thank you so much – what a team!

Our pupils are heading off to start the next stage of their educational journey

across the country, to a wide range of destinations. Five of our students this

year secured their place at Oxbridge, but alongside Oxford and Cambridge,

Marlborough students are heading off to Liverpool, Loughborough, Exeter,

Warwick, Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol, York, Sheffield, Birmingham,

Lancaster and Edinburgh – and lots of other places as well.

We are immensely proud of what they have achieved and also proud of the young

people they have become. The future of our country looks bright, as

our future leaders are such well-rounded, lovely people. We wish them every

success as they leave Marlborough and begin their exciting next steps.
