Geography
Vision
The Geography Curriculum at The Marlborough School enables all pupils to build an excellent knowledge of where places are and what they are like. Our pupils will have an excellent understanding of the ways in which places are independent and interconnected and how human and physical environments are interrelated. They will develop fluency in complex geographical enquiry and have the ability to apply questioning skills and use effective analytical and presentational techniques and be taught to reach clear conclusions and develop a reasoned written argument to explain their findings.
Through our study of diverse case studies and fieldwork opportunities, our pupils will develop a passion for and commitment to Geography and a real sense of curiosity about the world and the people who live there.
